When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize MavenLinks and our payment provider to process charges using your selected payment method.
If a trial is offered, a one-time $0.99 USD trial charge will be charged when you start the trial. This charge is separate from the regular subscription price and is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan, and your payment method will be charged the applicable recurring subscription price displayed during checkout (for example, $9.99 per week, or the price shown at the time of purchase).
By activating Premium Access, you acknowledge and agree that access to the Service begins immediately after successful payment or activation. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that certain cancellation or withdrawal rights may be affected once the digital service has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your MavenLinks account or through the subscription management options provided to you. When you cancel, Premium Access and all premium features will be revoked immediately.
If a subscription payment cannot be successfully collected, MavenLinks may retry the payment or suspend or restrict access to Premium features until the outstanding amount has been successfully paid, subject to applicable law.
